Life is Business?
From my observation, if the business friends around me either have been doing business or have been promoted to management positions, there are indeed not many cases of changing careers; on the contrary, many R&D engineers have switched to business.
I think this is mainly related to the career attributes ofthe business. There are two reasons. The first is that the threshold of professional knowledge is high, which makes it difficult for the business to move in. The second is that business work is usually challenging, with many people in contact, and work style. It's so varied, so once you get used to it, it's hard to go back to other types of work.
Even if it is not easy to change the runway. But I think there are at least two options in front of the business: you can choose to "be good alone", and continue to move towards a greater Top Sales, and pursue higher performance; you can also choose to "be good at the world" and lead the team to achieve better results. Big business. Both of them have "arts", and both are "bright roads"!
